Dont buy there!!!

So my experience with tictail has not been one of the best. I placed an order and I was charged for it but my order was never delivered/fulfilled! I contacted their "customer support " team and I was told that they were sorry about the situation but that Id have to dispute through PayPal lol!! They pretty much wash their hands from any sort of commitment with the users/buyers. I asked them if there was a place were I could rate their services and they never replied back lol! That was the last time I got a response. I do not recommend anyone using their services at all! Wish I could rate them 0 stars!! I am still out of my money and havent gotten an answer from tictail. I am more than sure PayPal will sort it out but just the fact that now I have to be waiting on a dispute to go through annoys the crap out of me!!! DO NOT BUY ON TICTAIL!!!!
