Unreceived products

One of your sellers/merchants The Kidtique has never replied to my complaints of unreceived products or goods. They charged my credit card on 4/18, and I have been trying to get in contact with them about the situation. They asked for my order number and after I replied have ignored all my attempts to get ahold of them. I think they are a bogus merchant and would like you to be aware of the situation.
